TJX Canada is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Logistics function, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision making and optimizing supply chain operations.

Job Description

This exciting role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, develop strategic insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing operational analysis to support optimal decision making for the Logistics function and with potential impact to cross functional decision making across TJX Supply Chain.
  • Servicing as a subject matter expert in providing insightful recommendations for special initiatives and projects, collecting and providing relevant data and analyses.
  • Designing, developing and updating requisite dashboards in collaboration with Operations and Reporting for use by Logistics management to drive data driven decision making.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced research and analytical skills (information gathering, and data analysis).
  • Knowledge of database design and proficiency in working with querying databases to track transactions (Power BI, Access, SQL Server and queries, Agile methodologies).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with ability to track information in diverse applications.
