Key Responsibilities:- Conduct religious services and lead prayers
- Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure smooth operations
- Administer rites of faith, including marriages and funerals
- Develop and implement programs of religious education
- Deliver sermons and talks to promote spirituality and community engagement
- Perform administrative and office tasks as required
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Confidential security clearance
- Efficient interpersonal skills and judgment
- Ability to work in a team environment
The successful candidate will work in a correctional facility, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The work environment is fast-paced and requires strong organizational and communication skills.
