We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Assistant to join our team at NEXT GEN COM TECH INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone calls and messages.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MS Office and electronic mail, as well as experience in compiling data, statistics, and other information. They will also be responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas, and typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents.

The working hours for this position will be 32 to 34 hours per week, and the language of work will be English. The duration of employment will be permanent, and the candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
