We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites University. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction in our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure optimal housekeeping operations.
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure adequate coverage and productivity.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
