About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Installation Specialist to join our team at McShawn Diversified Incorporated. As an Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing kitchen cupboards and vanities, working on various construction and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Measurement: Determine layout and installation procedures, measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, and prepare and maintain work materials and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Provide professionalism in customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our clients.
  • Tool Operation: Utilize hand and power tools, erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms, and load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols, including working at heights training, WHMIS certification, and fall arrest protection training.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in the field of employment.
  • Certifications: Working at heights training, WHMIS certificate, and fall arrest protection training course.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding work environment, requiring the ability to handle heavy loads and work in fast-paced environments.
