Hotel Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Sahara Courtyard Inn (1995) Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
  • Recruit and hire staff, ensuring a diverse and inclusive team
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality operations
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best rates and services
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff
  • Implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs to ensure the hotel's facilities are well-maintained
  • Enforce policies and procedures to ensure a safe and respectful work environment
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Establish and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in hotel management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
