Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Novo Blinds. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend tailored solutions
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts, and conduct sales transactions through electronic commerce
  • Provide ongoing support to clients and resolve product and service-related problems
  • Troubleshoot equipment-related issues and estimate costs for installation and maintenance
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
Work Environment:

As a Technical Sales Representative at Novo Blinds, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be required to work 30 hours per week and have a strong attention to detail, client focus, and organizational skills.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
