Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience
    • Develop and implement strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that customers receive personalized attention and support.
    • Train and coach sales associates to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that they are knowledgeable about our products and services.
  • Team Management
    • Recruit, select, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to sales associates, helping them to improve their performance and achieve their goals.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels.
    • Ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner, meeting the highest standards of visual merchandising and store appearance.
  • Business Performance
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including sales and profitability targets.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Work closely with the regional management team to develop and implement business plans, ensuring that the store is aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Leadership and Development

    • Identify and develop high-potential sales associates, providing them with opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience
    • 4+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the optical or eyewear industry.
    • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
