About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at Fuwa Fuwa Japanese Pancakes. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the high standards of our customers.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Staff Training: Train kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and manage kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees
  • We are committed to supporting newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disaster. As a Culinary Team Member, you will have the opportunity to work with and support these individuals, helping them to integrate into our community.
Support for Indigenous People
