Technical Line Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Line Leader to join our team at Carlsberg Canada Inc. in Kitchener, ON. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our manufacturing lines.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize production capacity.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement and commission new capital projects.
- Coach and develop the skills of production operators to improve performance and efficiency.
- Verify the implementation of operational control checks and adjust parameters to meet established standards.
- Oversee the overhaul planning and follow-up process for specific lines or areas.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and drive the development of standard operating procedures.
- Promote collaboration and integration between production and maintenance teams.
- Participate in the development of process sheets and changeover matrices.
- Develop and validate standard maintenance procedures.
- Support and contribute to Carlsberg Excellence focus areas.
- Enforce the 'First In, First Out' (FIFO) process for spare parts to prevent obsolete parts or age-related fatigue failures.
- Maintain a food safety and health & safety culture through active participation, communication, and management of programs.
- Post-secondary education in mechanical, electrical, automation, or food technologies.
- 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in implementing Continuous Improvement programs.
- Consumer Goods manufacturing experience, preferably within the Food and Beverage industry.
- Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems is an asset.
- Results-driven, self-starter with an innovative mindset.
- Demonstrated planning and time management skills.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
