Strategic Channel Development Manager

Scale Computing, a pioneer in the hyperconverged infrastructure space, is seeking an experienced Regional Channel Manager to drive sales growth and develop strategic relationships with channel partners across Canada.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and nurturing relationships between Scale Computing and channel partners. Your ability to penetrate new territories and align efforts from departments across both organizations is crucial to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop sales opportunities with partners through strategic planning and execution
Recruit, qualify, and train new channel partners to maximize sales potential
Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Systems Engineers to develop a comprehensive sales strategy for each region
Plan and coordinate channel activities specific to your territory to drive revenue growth
Leverage internal resources to enable and onboard partners, ensuring seamless integration into our sales ecosystem
Develop, execute, and evaluate go-to-market plans with channel partners to achieve mutually beneficial results
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, sales)
Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales or a related field
Leadership abilities, integrity, work ethic, self-motivation, creativity, and a strong drive for results
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities
Strong understanding of the sales process and channel sales
Ability to translate technology solutions into profitable business models
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and location
