Business Development Coordinator

PepsiCo Canada is a leading beverage manufacturer that offers a dynamic and challenging work environment. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Coordinator to join our team in Hamilton, ON.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies with key retailers in the Hamilton area. Your primary focus will be on delivering consistent sales targets, managing inventory and cash management, and merchandising product for customers.
You will work closely with our Zone Leadership Team to apply your knowledge and skills to help deliver results with our most important customers. Key aspects of this assignment include frontline leadership training, sales forecasting, daily and weekly Area Sales reporting, assisting Zone Leadership with sales projects, and market execution projects.
Qualifications
- A second or third-year student in a Business Degree program with a strong academic record
- Demonstrated ability to pursue multiple interests simultaneously
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to confidently interact with all levels within the organization
- Valid full driver's license with a flawless driving record and reliable access to a personal vehicle
- A self-starter with the ability to plan work to meet objectives, set priorities, and manage a work schedule
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum based on location and industry standards. This position requires a valid driver's license and car.
