The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the overall success of a store. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this individual is responsible for supporting the management team in their duties and contributing to the achievement of sales and profitability goals.
Salary and Benefits
This position comes with an estimated salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. As a valued member of the Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween team, you will also be eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent Guest Services, which includes providing a positive shopping experience for customers. This involves ensuring that all areas of the store are well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
This role will work up to 38 hours per week, requiring flexibility and adaptability. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior retail experience is highly desirable. The physical demands of the job include standing for extended periods, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
