Long Haul Truck Driver

G-One Transport Inc. is seeking a skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across various locations, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
- Load and unload goods
- Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Receive and relay information to central dispatch
- Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
- Air Brakes Endorsement
- Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
- Valid passport
- Basic security clearance
- Criminal record check
- Driver's validity licence check
- Driving record check (abstract)
- Drug test
As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, often working long hours and traveling across various locations. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues and dispatchers.
