Job Description:

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Caregiver to join our team. As a Home Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Home Care: Provide personal care and support to our clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Companionship: Provide companionship and social interaction to our clients, including engaging in activities and conversations.
  • Medication Management: Assist with medication management, including dispensing medication and monitoring side effects.

Requirements:

  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a caregiving role.
  • Language: English.

Working Conditions:

  • Work Environment: Our clients' homes.
  • Work Setting: Non-smoking, scent-free environment.
