Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

At Build for Queen, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Train and develop construction staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects and ensure accurate budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed to support project execution.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in residential construction or a related field.
Work Environment:

As a Residential Construction Supervisor with Build for Queen, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment with a dynamic team. You will be required to work under pressure to meet project deadlines and ensure project success.

Work Term:

Permanent position with a 30 to 40 hour work week.
