Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Wassef Construction Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Oversee the work of construction teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to construction staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Cost Estimation and Management: Accurately estimate costs and materials, ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all staff and stakeholders.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Material Procurement: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in residential construction.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
