Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Wassef Construction Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement construction schedules and timelines to meet project deadlines.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including budgets, timelines, and quality control measures.
  • Develop and implement training programs for construction staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
Working Conditions:
  • Work is performed in a construction site environment, which may involve exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards.
  • May require working at heights, in confined spaces, or in other challenging environments.
  • Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Schedule:

30 hours per week, permanent position.
