Job Title: Executive Chef

Boston Pizza is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation.
  • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a head cook or kitchen manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and train a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification an asset.
