About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at LML Cleaning Services Inc. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of client sites and facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to clients, such as painting, repair work, or renovations.
  • Assist Cleaners: Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Coordinate work activities with other departments, such as maintenance and facilities management.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules and ensure that cleaning staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Management Experience: Proven experience in leadership and management, with a strong track record of supervising and developing teams.
  • Cleaning Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the cleaning industry, including best practices and industry standards.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of physical activity and stamina.
