About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at LML Cleaning Services Inc. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our clients' facilities are clean, safe, and meet our high standards.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to our clients, such as painting, repair work, or renovations.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the necessary resources to complete their tasks.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that our cleaning services are integrated with other business operations.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our cleaning staff are working efficiently and effectively.
Work Environment

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of physical activity. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and handle heavy loads.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
