Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

LML Cleaning Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our team members are working efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our cleaning services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Task Coordination: Coordinate the work activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and to ensure that our cleaning services meet their expectations.
  • Team Management: Manage and supervise a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they are working effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
