Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team at Wipro. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing new functionalities and features in Salesforce to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom/standard components on the Salesforce platform, utilizing the most appropriate platform capabilities.
  • Apply enterprise design patterns when writing custom code, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with Senior Developers and Tech Leads to author technical solutions, adhering to design patterns and best practices.
  • Provide mentorship and code review feedback to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, meeting business requirements and deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Possess a strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization principles, ensuring efficient and scalable applications.
  • Hold a Salesforce Certification (Salesforce Platform Developer 1) and demonstrate expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce Development.
  • Excellent technical documentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
