Roles and Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and test new functionalities and features in Salesforce to meet business needs.
- Build custom and standard components on the Salesforce platform, leveraging the most appropriate platform capabilities.
- Utilize Flows, Apex, LWC, and other technologies to ensure solutions are built to high standards.
- Apply enterprise design patterns when writing custom code.
- Collaborate with Senior Devs to ensure adherence to best practices, providing mentorship and code review feedback as required.
- Work with Senior Devs and Tech Leads to author technical solutions, ensuring adherence to design patterns.
- 7+ years in Salesforce Development.
- Highly skilled in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization principles for efficient and scalable applications.
- Excellent technical documentation skills.
- Salesforce Certification (Must: Salesforce Platform Developer 1).
