We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 1353173 B.C. LTD.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. If you have a passion for retail and leadership, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, inventory levels, and customer feedback, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail required.
