Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Ensure that our sales floor is adequately staffed and that our sales workers are assigned to duties that maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for our sales workers, taking into account their availability and the needs of the store.
- Sell Merchandise: Assist customers with purchases and provide information about our products and services.
- Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other relevant information to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure that our store is well-stocked and that our inventory is accurately tracked and managed.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the activities of our sales workers and ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff: Provide guidance and support to our office and volunteer staff, ensuring that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
