Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management

- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the store and company.
- Authorize payments and returns to ensure accurate financial management.
- Operations and Logistics
- Establish and maintain work schedules to meet business needs.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to ensure smooth store operations.
- Customer Service and Sales
- Sell merchandise to customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Work in a fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines.
- Stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
