At Onico Solutions, we are seeking an experienced IT Security Risk Management Specialist to support our Information Security Risk Management and Governance programs.

This role requires a subject matter expert who has in-depth understanding of Information Security controls across a broad range of technologies and platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Identification, Assessment, and Monitoring of Information Security Risks: Identify potential information security risks, conduct thorough risk assessments, and monitor identified risks throughout their lifecycle.
  • Risk Mitigation Strategies: Recommend compensating controls to reduce inherited risk to an acceptable level, ensuring the organization's information assets are protected.
  • Development and Maintenance of Risk Metrics: Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and other documentation related to the Information Security program.
  • Security Audits and Remediation: Support security audits, prioritize and remediate identified gaps to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Policies and Documentation: Create and maintain Information Security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the organization.
  • Tech Tools and Processes: Implement and operate risk and governance technology tools and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in IT Security Risk Management/Risk Assessments.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Information Security controls for Mobile, IoT, Cloud, Applications, Network, and System infrastructure.
