We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Halifax. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of food items, ensuring that our menu offerings are consistently delicious and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation and cooking of food items, ensuring that they are prepared to the highest standards and presented in a visually appealing manner.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Monitor inventory levels and alert kitchen management when supplies are running low, ensuring that we always have the necessary ingredients on hand.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the highest standards, and that our menu offerings are consistently delicious and visually appealing.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a kitchen operations manager or in a similar role, with a strong passion for cooking and a commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality food and service.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
