  • Support the portfolio management team in general administrative duties in the management of client accounts
  • Request information and documentation from clients to keep client files up to date
  • Execute on trades as directed by the portfolio management team
  • Follow up on orders to ensure proper settlement and delivery
  • Review portfolios regularly and rebalance them with guidance from the portfolio management team
  • Manage risk dashboard, bulk trading, and Investment Policy Statements (IPS)
  • Review reports daily and process any necessary corrections and actions

  • Post-secondary degree in finance or a related area of study
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH)
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience within the investment industry
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve our clients and do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
