About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at 40848 Yukon Inc. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of food items, including pastries, sandwiches, and salads.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, including the coffee shop, kitchen, and restrooms.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies, including food, beverages, and cleaning products.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate manual and electrical appliances, including conventional ovens and electronic cash registers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Urban area.
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, and standing for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Reliability: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
