Barista - Coffee Shop Professional

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at 40848 Yukon Inc. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high-quality experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and provide a positive experience.
- Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of food items, including pastries, sandwiches, and salads.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the coffee bar, dining area, and storage areas.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Urban area.
- Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, standing for extended periods.
- Equipment and Machinery Experience: Conventional oven, electronic cash register.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation available.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, team player.
- Gratuities: Eligible for gratuities.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
