About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Barista at Starbucks Coffee Company. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience in our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve beverages and food items in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of food items, including pastries, sandwiches, and salads.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the store, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Inventory Management: Receive and store inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English.
