Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced cook to join our team at WPH Restaurant Inc. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and safe food preparation
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Organize buffets and banquets to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Manage kitchen operations to meet the needs of our customers
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a physically demanding environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
