Job Summary:

Salgado LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to lead our senior care program. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the program, ensuring high-quality care delivery, and driving success in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor care delivery quality and staff adherence to regulations, policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Develop and oversee the management team, cultivating leadership within the organization.
  • Collaborate with finance to design, maintain, and operate within a program budget that aligns with operational goals and hiring plans.
  • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including community service providers, regulators, legislators, and associations.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory and licensing standards.
  • Participate in strategic planning and initiatives to enhance operational best practices across programs.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health, Social Welfare, Gerontology, or a relevant field.
  • 3 years of managerial, administrative, or supervisory experience in a social or health services program.
  • 5 years of experience developing and guiding successful programs for vulnerable seniors.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a health or social services program, with a preference for experience in senior care.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in complex clinical operations, including P&L ownership and managing clinical teams.
  • Proven track record of driving initiatives that enhance patient experience.
  • Strong mentorship abilities to develop other leaders and care team members.
  • Experience in a data-driven organization, leveraging reports and data to prioritize and manage projects effectively.
