About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Solutions Delivery Manager to join our team at iA Financial Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our business units and driving digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of strategic IT solutions and services to our business units, ensuring alignment with our company's objectives.
  • Anticipate and develop innovative solutions to complex problems, leveraging your expertise in IT and management.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for our IT sector, ensuring all projects have the necessary resources for successful execution.
  • Provide business partners with overall planning, monitoring, and strategic direction for proposed solutions and services.
  • Develop new strategies to improve products or processes, and participate in the implementation of innovative solutions utilizing AI.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to ensure efficient project delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in management and IT, with a strong background in software development, DevOps, Agile, and Lean methodologies.
  • Expertise in tools and methods required to deliver IT solutions, including software development cycles, DevOps, Agile, and Lean methodologies.
  • Experience leading, developing, and coaching a team, with a strong focus on communication and stakeholder management.
  • Advanced French language skills, both spoken and written, and advanced English language skills, as you will be working with a unilingual English-speaking team.
