Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Solutions Delivery Manager to join our team at iA Financial Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering strategic solutions and services to our business units, anticipating issues, and developing innovative solutions to meet our objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead the delivery of IT solutions and services to four business units, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to address business needs, leveraging expertise in software development, DevOps, Agile, and Lean methodologies.
  • Provide strategic planning, monitoring, and direction to business partners, ensuring alignment with iA objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop new strategies and improve existing processes, utilizing AI and other technologies.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to ensure efficient project delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in management and IT, with expertise in tools and methods required to deliver IT solutions.
  • Experience leading, developing, and coaching a team, with strong communication skills to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Advanced French language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both French and English.
  • Advanced level of English, with the ability to manage a unilingual English-speaking team based in Toronto and Vancouver.
