About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Digital Identity Solutions at EightSix Network. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of multidisciplinary analysts and contribute to the optimization of Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) services in our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of analysts to implement best practices and analytical skills in support of business and IT projects related to CIAM.
  • Maintain relationships with business and IT partners to optimize demand management and prioritization.
  • Contribute to the overall planning of CIAM initiatives, including the implementation of new services and integration of business projects.
  • Promote a 'shift-left' approach by integrating security, quality assurance, and customer experience from initial project phases.
  • Work closely with POs, architects, and CIAM delivery squads to define and operationalize solutions meeting project needs.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor team analysts' work in CIAM delivery activities and evaluate individual and collective performance.
  • Support the development of business and functional skills of team members and evolve roles and contributions to increase team impact, autonomy, and productivity.
  • Strengthen a culture of engagement and collaboration, challenging needs, proposed solutions, or status quo.

Requirements
  • Significant experience in management and strategic leadership roles in the IT field, demonstrating a strong ability to inspire and supervise team members.
  • More than ten years of relevant experience in IT delivery with significant experience in digital customer transactional solutions.
  • Excellent understanding of best practices in business and functional analysis and quality assurance.
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts, particularly in the CIAM sub-domain related to identity, profile, and customer access management.
  • At least five years of experience in executing large-scale IT initiatives, with excellent skills in planning, guiding, prioritizing, and coordinating team work.
  • Strong ability to manage business and IT stakeholders, including expectation management, continuous alignment in demand management, and resolution of delivery issues.
