Dental Care Professional

We are seeking a skilled Dental Care Professional to join our team at Kozovski Family Dentistry. As a key member of our dental team, you will be responsible for preparing patients for dental examinations, preparing dental instruments and filling materials, and maintaining and ordering supplies.
Work Setting: Our dental practice is an independently owned business, and we offer relocation costs covered by the employer. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Your duties will include preparing patients for dental examinations, preparing dental instruments and filling materials, maintaining and ordering supplies, performing reception and clerical duties, sterilizing and maintaining instruments and equipment, educating patients concerning oral hygiene, polishing teeth and clinical crowns, and applying fluoride and sealant. You will also schedule and confirm appointments, take and develop X-rays, record dental procedures performed on patients, and take preliminary impressions for diagnostic casts.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Experience is an asset, but not required. You must be able to work in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: This is a permanent position, and you will work 30 to 40 hours per week. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.
