About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team at Kozovski Family Dentistry. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for dental examinations and procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
  • Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment, adhering to strict sterilization protocols.
  • Assist dentists and hygienists with patient care, taking X-rays and developing dental images as needed.
  • Record dental procedures and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations.
Requirements
  • College diploma or certificate in dental assisting or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a dental setting, with a strong focus on patient care and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high standards of patient care and clinic cleanliness.
