Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Biological Research Technician to join our team at Specific Biologics Inc. as a Laboratory Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting biological tests and laboratory analyses, as well as setting up and conducting biochemical tests and laboratory analyses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in conducting biological tests and laboratory analyses, including microbiological and biochemical tests.
  • Set up and conduct biochemical tests and laboratory analyses, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct tissue and cell analysis, utilizing biochemical and molecular techniques.
  • Prepare cultures and samples for laboratory testing and analysis.
  • Collaborate with research teams to design and implement laboratory experiments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biology, cell biology, or genetics and molecular biology.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a focus on biological research and testing.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
