We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Saputo, Inc. As a key member of our Corporate Talent Management team, you will play a critical role in attracting and retaining top talent to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment marketing strategy to showcase Saputo's employer brand and values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify talent acquisition needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Design and execute creative recruitment campaigns to engage diverse audiences and attract top talent.
- Manage and optimize recruitment media budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform recruitment strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and recruitment teams.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on recruitment metrics and campaign performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and engagement.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing principles.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
- Bilingual (English and French) with Spanish a plus.
