Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Amberleaf Cabinetry Warehouse Company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and maintaining inventory.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Reporting: Oversee the preparation of reports, including financial statements and invoices.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Customer Service: Greet clients, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
