About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Dental Administrator to join our team at MCA Dental Group. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our pediatric clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all patients.
  • Manage patient records and data, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate appointments and schedules, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and insurance companies, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Assist with accounts receivable, processing payments and managing financial transactions.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with the Treatment Coordinator and Office Manager to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience as a Dental Administrator.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in dental software and technology.
