Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team at ATS Corporation. As a key member of our Life Sciences Systems division, you will be responsible for leading the supply chain function and driving business growth through strategic sourcing, inventory management, and logistics optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to the supply chain function, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
  • Sourcing and Procurement: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to secure high-quality materials and services at competitive prices.
  • Inventory Management: Implement and manage inventory control systems to minimize stock levels, reduce waste, and optimize cash flow.
  • Logistics and Transportation: Coordinate and manage logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary diploma or degree in Purchasing Management, Engineering, or equivalent Business Administration designation.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant supply chain leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
