We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at ATS Automation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the supply chain function, ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet business objectives
- Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and inventory levels to ensure optimal supply chain performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of success
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
