Conair Consumer Products ULC is a leading beauty care and small kitchen appliances company. We are headquartered in Woodbridge, Ontario, with offices in Montreal, Quebec.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Assistant in our Beauty division. If you're looking to join a dynamic organization with an entrepreneurial spirit and action-oriented culture, this role is perfect for you.

The Product Assistant will provide product development support within the Marketing department. Responsibilities include managing product development timelines, supporting product and packaging development, market and trend analysis, and delivery of presentation materials and documents to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team and other internal teams to support product development activities, plans, and projects.
  • Conduct research on colour and product trends, industry trends, and market position.
  • Develop, plan, and coordinate product launches, promotions, and materials.
  • Evaluate and monitor the performance of marketing activities and make recommendations.
  • Coordinate sample requests and product information for marketing and sales presentations.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to Sales and Marketing to support sales promotions, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare, edit, and maintain reports as required.
  • Act as a liaison between the Marketing team and external partners/agencies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years related experience.
  • Experience in the beauty industry an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with initiative in a dynamic team environment.
  • Quick learner.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
