Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational and personalized customer service to our pet-loving customers
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including sweeping, dusting, and other general store maintenance activities
  • Assist with sales and inventory management, including preparing merchandise orders and banking deposits
  • Support the team in creating memorable moments for our customers and their pets
  • Perform other duties and tasks as required to support the store team

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or guest service experience is desirable
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and closing
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software is desirable
  • Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively without assistance
  • Access to reliable transportation to and from the store
