Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Aide to join our team at Lordco Auto Parts. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for maintaining our filing system, organizing paper and digital files, and providing administrative support to our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the filing system for HR, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Organize paper and files in alphabetical order, and efficiently file, sort, and archive for future use.
  • Retrieve data and files when requested by team members.
  • Send out internal brochures and handouts as needed.
  • Perform other duties and projects as requested by the HR team.

Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent GED.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior phone etiquette.
  • Administrative experience is considered an asset.
