Food Services Manager

FATIMA KARAHI CORNER is seeking a skilled Food Services Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food services department. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Budgetary ResponsibilityThe Food Services Manager will be responsible for determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures. This includes conducting performance reviews, organizing and maintaining inventory, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
Key Responsibilities- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Conduct performance reviews
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Provide customer service
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
The Food Services Manager will supervise a team of 5-10 people and be responsible for providing guidance and support as needed.
